Your PlayNC Experience
I don't know much about PlayNC, If its a branch or something of Anet, but i can say that in my experience with them, they do FAIL in the costumer service department.
I was just wondering if anyone else had trouble getting in contact with them, changing your password, Reporting a account that was stolen from scams, or if people just don't have there old guild wars account keys and now are vulnerable because of it. |

I have to admit I have never had a bad experiance from play nc
Anytime I did contact them over the last 3 years the service I received was excellent. This covered a wide range of subjects , If the person was unable to deal with it . The matter was passed on and always had an answer the next day or within 24 hrs. I am going by my experiance only and to me they always got a thumbs up on their service. So I am ensuring they also get praise they deserve on my part at least |

ive never had a problem with them,change my password once a month,bought all 4 games from them too with no hassle at all

Ive never had to contact them in relation to GW, but when i have contacted them in relation to other games they have been quick to respond and have given me the information i need.
